This is a fantastic idea and really makes your food take on a completely new taste and what’s better is quick and easy, obviously the longer you smoke your food the more developed the taste becomes. You could also use it as a steamer or poacher should you wish. This smoker is suitable for gas, electric, induction or open fire, including a barbecue. This smoker comes complete with a 1oz sample wood chip pot but you can purchase additional 0.5ltr pots. It is 390 x 90 x 280mm and comes complete with lid.
