Fantastic invention and no house should be without one, it will certainly encourage you to eat more cheese. The blade has holes in it and therefore the cheese does not stick to the blade, therefore gliding through the cheese with very little effort. It can also be used for salad, especially tomatoes as it has a serrated edge or citrus fruit.
