This is essential for making those gorgeous crème brulees! This model has a soft grip body, piezo trigger ignition and will work at all angles, the cylinder is refillable (currently empty!) with butane lighter fuel. It is manufactured to British Standards BS EN ISO9994. Wonderful and very useful gadget for your kitchen, it quicker than a grill!
